You have 7–10 days from the due date to settle the balance. We'll send periodic reminders so nothing catches you off guard.
If the balance isn't cleared by the end of the grace period, we may suspend your website, projects and queue access until the account is brought up to date.
If the account remains unpaid for an extended period after suspension, the site may be permanently retired in line with this cancellation policy. An export & buyout is always available on request before that happens.
