These Terms govern your access to and use of CK Club ("the Club", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing to a plan you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership
Membership is monthly or annual. You may cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
2. Plans, billing & payments
Plans can be paid monthly or annually (annual saves ~20%). Payments are processed securely by Stripe in a pop-up checkout window; we never see or store your full card details. Renewals are automatic on the same day each billing period until you cancel.
3. Credits, roll-over & top-ups
Every plan includes a monthly credit allocation used to redeem services from the published credit catalogue at /dashboard/services. Unused credits roll over for 60 days, after which they expire. You may purchase one-off top-up credit packs at any time from /dashboard/credits; top-up credits follow the same 60-day roll-over. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable once redeemed.
4. Active membership required to submit requests
Submitting new credit requests and activating add-on services requires an active or trialing paid subscription. If your subscription is cancelled, past due or unpaid, the request queue is disabled until it is reactivated. This is enforced server-side.
5. Add-on subscriptions
Certain services (e.g. ongoing SEO, monthly content, extra maintenance) are available as recurring add-ons attached to your main plan. Add-ons renew on the same cycle as your plan and can be cancelled from /dashboard/subscriptions.
6. Rewards, referrals & loyalty
Members receive a unique referral link. Referral credits are only awarded once the referred person becomes an active paying subscriber — self-referrals, throwaway accounts and other abuse are blocked and any credits earned in bad faith may be revoked. Loyalty milestones (Bronze / Silver / Gold) auto-award small credit bonuses on qualifying paid renewals and are granted once per milestone per account. Full mechanics and current award values are published at /dashboard/rewards and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.
7. Members' community
The community area at /dashboard/community is reserved for paying members. You are responsible for anything you post. We may edit, lock, pin or delete threads and replies, and suspend accounts, at our discretion — in particular for spam, harassment, self-promotion, unlawful content or breaches of these Terms. Content you post may be shown to other members and to CK Club staff for moderation.
8. Acceptable use
You may not request or post work or content that infringes third-party IP, violates the law, harms minors, promotes hate or facilitates fraud. Automated abuse of authentication, credit redemption or referral endpoints is prohibited; rate-limits and audit logs are in place. We reserve the right to refuse any request or terminate accounts that breach this section.
9. Deliverables & IP
On full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to you. Pre-existing studio tools, code, templates and premium third-party software / plugins we license remain ours or their respective licensors'; your right to use them is bundled with an active membership.
10. Active membership requirement
An active, paid-in-full membership is required at all times for us to host, maintain and keep your website, projects and associated services online. If your membership lapses or your payment fails, the access rules in section 11 apply.
11. Failed payments, grace period & suspension
If a scheduled payment fails or your account otherwise falls into arrears, we notify you by email (via our transactional email provider) and begin a grace period of 7–10 days. During the grace period we retry the payment method and send reminders; your site and projects stay online.
If the balance is not settled by the end of the grace period we may suspend hosting, the request queue, community access and any add-ons. If the account remains unpaid for an extended period we may permanently retire the site and delete associated data in line with our cancellation policy; an export & buyout remains available on request before deletion.
12. Password, account security & rate limits
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Password reset is available from the sign-in page. Sensitive endpoints (sign-in, password reset, credit redemption) are rate-limited and audit-logged to protect all members.
13. Third-party processors
We use trusted sub-processors to deliver the service — including Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional email), and our managed cloud database & auth provider (hosting, authentication and storage). See the Privacy Policy for the current list and how data is shared.
14. Cancellation & buyout
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. If you wish to keep the site running elsewhere, a one-off export & buyout is available — see the Cancellation & Buyout page.
15. Liability
The Club's liability is capped at the value of fees you have paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from suspension or termination caused by non-payment.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email and reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
