These Terms govern your access to and use of Creative Kay Club ("the Club", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing to a plan you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership
Membership is monthly or annual. You may cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
2. Credits
Credits are allocated at the start of each billing period and roll over for 60 days. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
3. Acceptable use
You may not request work that infringes third-party IP, violates the law, or harms minors. We reserve the right to refuse any request.
4. Deliverables & IP
On full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to you. Pre-existing studio tools, code and templates remain ours.
5. Liability
The Club's liability is capped at the value of fees you have paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email.
