We want you to be happy with every deliverable. Our policy:
- If a delivered task isn't right, we'll revise it free of charge until it is.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
- Unused credits roll over for 60 days but are not refundable in cash.
- Cancellation: you can cancel any time from the dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Failed payments: if a payment fails, you'll receive a 7–10 day grace period (with periodic reminders) to update your details and settle the balance. Your site stays live during this window.
- Suspension for non-payment: if the balance is not settled by the end of the grace period, your website, projects and related services may be suspended until the account is brought up to date. Continued non-payment may result in permanent retirement of the site in line with our cancellation policy.
- Active membership is required to keep your website online — hosting, SSL and maintenance are bundled into your subscription.
