Critique wanted: portfolio homepage, third revision

Third pass at my portfolio hero. I have cut the copy down twice and it still feels busy.
Specifically: is the case study grid readable at a glance, or do the four columns turn into wallpaper? Brutal feedback welcome, I would rather hear it here than from a client.

As the sort of person who hires you: I do not care about the grid, I care that not one tile tells me what the business got. Put a result under each title — "+38% enquiries in 3 months" — and you can keep four columns.

Four columns is the problem. At a glance I read texture, not projects. Three columns with a bigger first case study reads as a hierarchy instead of a catalogue.
