Elementor site looks perfect on desktop, falls apart on iPhone

Liam Gallagher·

Header logo overlaps the burger menu and my hero text runs off the right edge on anything under 400px wide.

I have tried setting the mobile breakpoint to 767 but nothing changes. Is this a container thing? Screenshot attached in the reply below.

And check for negative margins on the header. They are the usual cause of the logo sitting on top of the burger.

Nine times out of ten it is a fixed pixel width somewhere. Check the hero container for a min-width or a fixed width in px, and set your logo to a max-width in % instead.

Also make sure the hero heading is using a clamp or a smaller mobile font size — Elementor does not scale headings down automatically.

It was a -40px margin on the logo column. Fixed in two minutes after a fortnight of guessing. Thank you.
