How exactly do rollover credits work if I skip a month of requests?

Busy month at the gyms and I did not submit anything. Do my credits vanish on renewal or do they carry over, and is there a cap?
Also can I stack two months of credits into one bigger build?

They roll over for a set window rather than expiring at renewal, and yes you can stack them into one larger build — I saved two months for a full rebrand plus site.
Your dashboard credits page shows the balance and what is expiring.

Correct. Rollover length depends on your plan and is listed on the pricing page. Stacking is fine and encouraged for bigger builds — just tell us in the request so we scope it as one project.
