Local SEO for an accountancy practice — 9 month results
Sharing numbers because this forum gave me the plan in the first place.
Sept: 240 organic visits a month, 2 enquiries. This month: 1,910 visits, 27 enquiries, 9 became clients at roughly £1,400 a year each.
What actually moved the needle: one properly written page per service per town (six pages, not sixty), a Google Business Profile with weekly posts, and asking every client for a review in the completion email. Happy to answer questions.

Six pages not sixty is the whole lesson. Most local SEO advice is just page spam with the town name swapped.
Between 900 and 1,300 words, and every one answers the five questions clients actually ask on the phone — price, timescale, what you need from me, what happens if I am late, who I will speak to. 300 words is a business card, not a page.
How long were those service pages? Mine are about 300 words and doing nothing.
Stealing the weekly Google Business posts habit. Cheers Raj.
